3. User Accounts and Registration

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Services for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DOCUMENTS, OR CONTENT
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyVerify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) Your Content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, liability limitations, and dispute resolution.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
